By using Get Mechanic you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts under Indian law.

We provide doorstep pickup/drop, car washing, repairs, detailing and packaged services.

Actual work performed depends on the condition of your vehicle upon inspection. Additional work will always be quoted and requires your approval.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

Prices are 'starting from' rates and may increase based on the actual scope of work required.

Payment is processed via Razorpay. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

You can cancel up until the mechanic has started work with no charge.

Once inspection or repair has begun, cancellation may be subject to a partial fee for materials + labour already used.

Standard: 7-day warranty on labour for repairs.

Premium members: 60-day extended warranty.

Warranty covers workmanship, not consumables (oil, filters, etc.) beyond manufacturer defect.

During pickup/drop, your vehicle is covered by our operator's insurance.

We are not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle — please remove valuables before pickup.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru courts.
